At 18, Rachael walked away from the conventional path and bet on herself. No business plan. No safety net. Just drive. What started as a domestic cleaning service in South Wales grew into Mrs Buckét, a multi-award-winning commercial cleaning company with over 500 employees and a client list that includes some of the
world’s most respected organisations. Behind the milestones are the moments that tested her: navigating a recession, steering the business through a global pandemic, expanding operations and building a family alongside it all. Each challenge added another chapter to a story she now shares on stages across the UK.
